The Nurture Ayurveda Story
Rest & Renourish, because our health is truly invaluable!
Born, raised and living in the UK, with having travelled and continuing to explore, wherever I go I aim to bring an abundance of love, light and healing into peoples lives, especially those who need it most.

People that meet me tell me that I have a unique wisdom, which I feel that comes naturally and I am very grateful to have discovered Ayurveda a few years ago whilst listening to a podcast by an Ayurvedic Author. She spoke about the healing components in kitchen herbs/spices, yoga and spirituality. I had minimal knowledge on what Ayurveda was at this point but I wanted to know all I could. I knew straight away that Ayurveda was going to become a huge part of my life and I'm excited to now be sharing it with you! researching and reading into health and well-being!

Since discovering Ayurveda, I've either been self learning (through reading, listening to podcasts, general online research or networking with now friends who I have met through the accredited courses I completed. Ayurveda is truly a beautiful way of life - it reminds me that imperfection is perfection and there will be no one of us the same!

If you don't find me in the kitchen cooking, creating or trying a new recipe I will most likely be repotting plants, sewing seeds, making tea, spending time with my loved ones, walking in nature or exploring new places.

I'm excited and grateful to be offering the services I am and I will continue to put my heart and soul into helping you rest & renourish.
I look forward to meeting you!
DISCOVER YOUR DOSHA
In Ayurveda, your Dosha represents your unique body constitution or energy type. It is derived from the five natural elements that make up both the universe and ourselves - because, after all, WE ARE NATURE!

These five elements are:
-
Ether (Space)
-
Air
-
Fire
-
Water
-
Earth
Your Dosha is determined by the combination of these elements, with one or two typically being most dominant.
When we live in harmony with our Dosha, we can achieve balance and equilibrium in our mind, body, and spirit.
And that’s the ultimate goal of Ayurveda - finding alignment with our true nature to achieve health, harmony, and well-being!
